SHIPPING

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the total package and travel distance. Shipping fees are not calculated based on the value of the order or the quantity of the items in the order. 

As soon as your order is placed we do everything possible to have your order processed, packaged, and shipped as quickly as possible. Currently, the orders leave our store in less than 1 business day.

 

Please note that if your shipping address is different from your billing address, there may be shipping delays if we determine that we need additional information from you to ensure that the order is not fraudulent.

It usually takes less than 3 business day from the time your order is received by our warehouse for the order to be processed, packed, and ready for shipping.

 

When you order a customized item, it will take at least 1 week to leave the warehouse. As soon as you place your order for a customized item, our artist will start working on it. We want you to receive a good quality item, it will take a few days to paint, dry, and finish the product.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are unhappy with any product you receive, you may return it, undamaged and unopened within 10 business days of the date we shipped it and we will cheerfully refund your purchase price. 

 

Refund does not include shipping and handling.

 

We encourage our customers to inspect the contents of their package(s) as soon as their order is delivered to ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of our 10-day refund policy. 

 

To qualify for the refund or store credit, product(s) must arrive at our store within 10 business days of the original shipment and in the same condition we shipped it - unopened, unused, and undamaged. Please repack the products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit. Customer pays for Shipping fees.

 

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged in transit will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. If you believe there will be a problem with the product reaching us within the 10-day period, contact our customer service department to make special arrangements. We're here to help and to work with you to find a solution.
